“So I will bless you as long as I live; in your name I will lift up my hands. My soul will be satisfied as with fat and rich food, and my mouth will praise you with joyful lips, when I remember you upon my bed, and meditate on you in the watches of the night; for you have been my help, and in the shadow of your wings I will sing for joy.” – Psalm 63: 4-7

We are to bless the LORD for as long as we live. There is nothing in this world that will allow for a steadfast satisfaction to occur. There is nothing in this world that allows us to feel satisfied. How can we show our gratitude to the LORD? By blessing His name and praising the LORD.

Through everything that we have been through, we know that the LORD is watching for everything that happens on Earth. Regardless of what occurs around us, we know that we have a protector and refuge.

We know that we are able to feed our body and yet we forget to nourish our soul. We are reminded that the word of the LORD is a was to nourish our soul and allows us the ability to feel satisfied not only physically but spiritually as well.
